Precautions for wallboard extrusion equipment
In order to protect the box body of the wall panel extrusion equipment transmission box, the following points must be done:
1. Change the lubricating oil once after 500 hours of first use;
2. This extruder is lubricated with original medium pressure gear oil of the brand No. 150;
3. The oil level in normal operation shall not be lower than the center line of the oil standard, please replenish it if it is lower than the center line;
4. After every 3000 hours of use, change the oil;
5. Clean the tank and oil filter when changing the oil. After clarifying the lubricating oil used this time during the change, put the clean lubricating oil on the tank again to clean the tank once, then discharge it, and then install it again. New lubricating oil;
6. The lubricating oil filter should be cleaned every month during normal use, and the lubricating oil filter should be cleaned every week during the running-in period. To clean up, find the oil filter, open it, and take out the dirt.
